This is a beautiful place to live. I lived in it for six years before moving to Vancouver. I have rented it to one tenant since. Finding a good tenant who is responsible and will keep the place in good shape is very important for me. A cat is allowed, but no dogs and definitely no smoking is allowed. I would prefer to rent to one person, but would consider a couple.
The current tenant is still living in it and I live in Vancouver, but the unit is available for either Feb 1, Feb 15, or March 1.
